Title: Having problem Version 9

Hello,

I keep having a problem with M.J. pulling up an error message relating to windows media Player. and it says it can't determine the version of my media player. Any Ideas?

do you have MS media player 9 installed? if so this may be the problem.

It is always hard to figure out what problems users are having if some basic information is not provided.

1. MJ/MC Full version number
2. System info (go to help in MJ/MC and get the system info and paste it into your message)
3. other related info: (what are you doing at the time of the problem etc....)
