Hi Sam.  File Location is just a Scheme.  It's easy to create:  

• Right-click on Media Library in the tree and select Add a New View Scheme
• Click on Add in the dialog box, and select Filename from the drop down, leaving the base directory blank

For some reason, Filename gets converted to Location in the View Scheme name, but that's probably just a bug.
