Title: JimH: Is This Kosher?

Jim and/or other JRiver folks...

I'm preparing an old and no longer loved PC to give to a homeless family who are in transition to long-term housing.

I'm cleaning off most of the hard drive and adding some stuff too I'd like to include an evaluation copy of Media Jukebox/Center.

(a) Is this kosher with y'all?

(b) Which version should I include, 8 or 9?

JimH has said before that it was OK as long as your not charging money for it or somesuch thing, and that your license was removed.

I would think MC8 would be best since it is not beta.

MC9 not sure if it will expire, and there is still some problems.
