Title: Connect to Media Server 8.x?

Hi,

Should it be possible to connect to a Media Server that came with Media Jukebox 8.x from a Media Center 9 client?

I want to try out Media Center 9 at work, but am not ready to switch over at home yet. Unfortunately, after successfully connecting and downloading data, I get an error that says:

"Media Center failed to load the specified library. It will revert to the default library"

I assume that this is because the library at home was produced by Media Jukebox 8.x, but just want to make sure.

No.  They must be the same version.

the media server version must match if not it will not work.
