3. Fixed: Editing a preset field could corrupt the database by changing the field's data type to "string". (sorry, you'll need to re-import or restore from a non-corrupt library)
When starting time-shift, audio is muted
When starting time-shift a message comes along the bottom of the screen that says "a suitable codec could not be found. Video will be recorded uncompressed. I checked the recording settings, and the JRiver codec for time-shift is the one selected.
Scanning for channels still "seems" to lock up after 20 or so channels. If left to its own devices, it eventually fills the list, but it seems like it's locked up until it finishes
On another note: Has anyone seen the Cover Art while using the Media Server ... Ive never had it work ... whether the files are Embedded <inside file> or on the remote PC.
Media Center 9.0.86 beta is available.
26. NEW: Media Center has multi-zone playback!!! (check out "Player Zones" under the far right button in the lower-left player area)
BUG
- Media Server, Options, General: 'Don Not Respond...'
Should be 'Do Not Respond'.- Cannot find an option to allow me to specify the address for opening a Media Server connection - just tries to find them. It tells me:
Invalid Media Server Information
nila.mshome.net:1234 (this computer is called nila).
bindi:80 (other computer is called bindi)
It then fails to connect.
I got 87 to work. I took this from KingSparta's post in another thread and it worked fine... (I will add my comments to it as well)
Steps to Remove the Crash with 87:
1) Uninstall the old version and Reinstall 87 (I even cleaned out the install (removed) directory just in case)
2) Rename your cover art folder to anything else.
3) Open MC, go to Tool > Option File Naming and Locations and update your cover art path to the new folder.
All should be well now. You may want to update your library as well but mine worked fine without it.
