Title: Cannot Rip CD's w/ MC

Hello,

I cannot rip cd's with MC.  Please note: I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times.  I get the same error message.  I really like this product and am interested incontinuing to use it but: 1) I have been unable to fix this problem; and 2) have received less than helpful responses (recommending a reboot is not tech support).

Please note: my error message: "Cannot create CD ripping control"

Someone here wrote the script, maybe someone here could give me more comprehensive input.

Look, give me a 900 number, let me pay for tech support JUST DONT TELL ME TO REINSTALL OR REBOOT.  There has to be a better way to work this out.  

Ripping worked fine with v. 8.x.
