I don't really care if everyone reads this, but THIS seems to be the only way to contact anyone about Media Jukebox.
I PAID FOR MEDIA JUKEBOX several months ago!! NOW, however, (since I "upgraded" to 8.0,) I'm getting the "Your 30 day trial period has ended" screen.
If someone in this company actually DOES read these, would you be so kind as to email me to discuss this further?
Thanks.

Welcome to Customer Service!
It is a group effort done by unselfish people on a volunteer basis, which JRiver oversees and also participates in.
With the limited details that you've given, I can point you to here (http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/buy_faq_8.html)
Look under the More Details section...the answer is there.

Thank you for your reply. Hope I didn't sound rude; I'd just spent I dunno HOW long, trying to find a link to email customer service, and THIS seemed to be the only format available.
Okay, SEVERAL months ago, I downloaded and PAID FOR Media Jukebox. Everything's been just fine until I downloaded 8.0. I guess it's been a month, because NOW I'm getting that "Your trial period has expired" screen. I don't have the FAINTEST idea what my "unlock" code was... I'm *hoping* that someone there can get into the system, find my purchase, and perhaps send me the original unlock code, if that's what it's looking for right now. I really don't want to have to pay for it again, y'know? Thanks a million.

You can restore your license.
Try this page for details:

Thanks again for your help.
This is what it says on the link:
You can recover your license, usually by using the Registration Code you received by e-mail from buy-button @ jriver.com
I don't have that email.... it's been MONTHS, maybe a year since I bought this program.
Is there ANY way that someone there can send me the Registration Code, please?
Thanks again!

you can do all this your self if you read the restore page
click on the option to have it sent to you in e-mail

I dunno what to do now...
I did everything as requested, and I've been watching my email. I don't think anything's going to be emailed.
It's getting frustrating, since every time I fire up the computer, I get the Media Jukebox Registration (free trial expired) screen, and I *PAID* for it.
I wish someone there could look up my email addy, and a real person could just write me, sending the unlock code or whatever it is that shows that I paid for Media Jukebox. :-( WHY it suddenly doesn't remember it's been paid for, I can't imagine. It's been on the computer for over a year. Thanks, though, for your help.

The e-mail is almost immediate. It should take a minute or two at most. If it didn't come, it could be a SPAM filter problem.

Use a restore, please. Sending it personally would be no different.

Okay, I tried all over again. I went to the restore page, entered my email address & waited. THEN I got an error message, saying that the email could not be found.
I've had no other email addresses....

You may have bought a Version 7 license or older.
There is no record for leitt in the database.
Please check your receipt from buy-button @ jriver.com.

if you bought MJ7 then you should have backed up your license file to a floppy. MJ7 always prompted users to save the license file and if they did not it could not be re-issued.
This is the only way to recover a MJ7 or older license
I think the License file was called MediaJukebox7.rrg
