Title: Can view Playlist *and* Track Lib at Same Time?

Is there any way we can view a Playlist contents at the same time as the Media Library?   Like how the Properties window is off to the right, it seems that there could be a selector that would cut the Properties window in half then show the current Playlist contents in the other half - all while the Media Library is still in full view ... this would really help building Playlists.

There has been a fair bit of discussion about that; either splitting the Properties window or splitting the Library view. I doubt that it's going to make it into the "final" release of v9 - it's down to bug-crushing mode now. But the developers have taken note of the requests, so some implementation might show up in a future upgrade.
