This is the first time I've played with Replay Gain, but it seems that when a track is analyzed and RG is enabled the volume is too low. It seems like all the tracks average around -10dB whereas I might prefer -3dB.
I think having the ability to bias all of *the RG'd tracks* up by a set amount (like +6dB from the analyzed point) would be better than having that other DSP Studio "Manual Adjustment (global)" because the latter also adjusts non RG'd tracks making them super loud when they accidently get put in a list with RG'd tracks.
Another nice reason to be able to batch adjust/bias RG'd tracks is, for example, when you have been listening to tracks with RG thru your stereo then those tracks stop and then a video plays or even just some of the Windows event sounds - they are LOUD ... so it seems the solution is to somehow get the RG'd tracks to play at a higher volume to begin with.

They shouldn't. If you mix RG'd and non-RG'd, it'll use the average of the RG'd as a "guess" for the non-RG'd tracks. If none of the tracks in "Playing Now" are RG'd, then you'll probably have problems.
We're hoping to make a "Use maximum for all Playing Now while avoiding clipping" type mode. That way, you'll always be set.
Stay tuned...

I still would like it to adjust to max for all tracks, even the rg'd tracks. non-rp'd tracks definately clip. at least an option for it. it's not sounding too good right now (car).
