Title: Custom field selection does not stick

I have successfully imported my large MJ8 music database into MJ9 and as of release 75 or so, the three custom fields showed up fine but would not display a rename on the column heading (just custom1, custom2, custom3).

Now, as of release 81 or so, the fields' renames appear fine but the column selection menu does not accept a check mark. The fields will then only display once. If I select another album, the fields are gone and must be reselected all over again and, similarly, if I exit the program and restart it the fields are gone. I am currently running release 83 and the library was cleared and files re-imported prior to testing.

We know this is a little hairy right now, and we'll try to get it fixed in the next few builds.
