Title: ver 9 will not recognize old license

When I installed ver 9 beta, I uninstalled ver 8 per onscreen instructions.  Unfortunately, also eliminated was my registration information.  In addition,I cannot retrieve my registration from Media via Internet, which is one of the choices undel help/license retore/Restore over Internet.

Any help?

Which version did you purchase? 7 or 8

Thanks for the speedy reply...

I purchased ver 8 and still have the whole installation program saved on a backup disc.  But, I did not save any of the ver 8 registration files after the program was installed.  I do remember, however, having to go to Media and get my registration number.

Try installing 8 again (it's on our downloads page) and see if you can backup your license (from help) to a floppy.

If not, you don't have a license.  Details are in the FAQ in the first thread here.
