Title: how to customize printout?

i am using mj8.  i would like to know how to customize the printout.  i can customize the view, but the printout remains the same, as if it is printing from a predefined format, how, if possible, can one customize it, say to control the width of artist or album etc.  thanks

I'm not sure about the width. I thought it got it from the library view widths.

As for customization, I would love to see a 2 page printout. Have most of the important columns printed, like a book.

p1) p1 left p2) p1 right
p3) p2 left p4) p2 right
etc.

Print preview would be cool too. Last time I printed, some columns didn't end up on the page.
