Title: No Album Art.

I am running MJ8 and am unable to retrieve album art when doing CD labels.  I checked for updatesfor my MJ (none) so what (if anything) am i doing wrong? is there a patch to correct the problem?  any help is greatly appreciated...

what version of MJ8 do you have?

version 8.0.388 on a  PIII 600, ie 6.0 with norton anti virus 03 and behind firewall

8.0.393 (12/2/2002)
8.0.392 (11/26/2002)
8.0.388 (10/8/2002)

there was Some work done to the lable program after 8.0.388

sorry to sound stupid  :-[ sparta but does this mean i need to get v .393? and if so why didnt i get the update when i checked for updates >:( and last but not least does that mean i got to pay again :-/ if i get v .393

the updates are here in this forum, (first message there is a link). they do not call the latest release an offical stable version.

I also have a problem getting album art. I've got the latest 8 version but it never gets any images. It looks like its looking, but never gets anything, it also doesn't complain or produce any errors?

well i can't help with MJ8 much since i do not run it, and would never want to go back to it.

MC9 will be on the cutting edge with some more bug fixes.
