Title: Error installing MJ license

Can anyone please help ?

I cannot open the program, even though it is downloaded. Registered and licensed.

When I try, I get a message "failed extracting license file" or failed to connect to server.

I've tried the doubleclick on files in internet explorer. I'm told the license is successfully installed, but I still cannot connect.
