Title: tag not regenerated automatically

- Take an ogg file (I didn't try with mp3 files).
- Tools/Remove tags

=> thanks to the new tag dump, we can see that all tags are immediately removed

But there is a lack of a command to regenerate the tags it is needed to modify a field to regenerate the tags (and then you have to restaure the previous value of the field)

(Tools/Fill properties from filename has no effect as there is no change in the database and as there is no more the MJ8 option to "update all files").

We're for sure going to add some way to force an update like MJ 8 has.  Just give us a bit.
