Title: MJ 9 crashes when select option menu

Hi,

9.0 is great, but still need some work.  When I click on the option menu, 9.0 crashes.

Media Jukebox PLUS 9.0.63
Install Path: C:\Program Files\J River\Media Jukebox\

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 1295 MHz MMX
Memory: Total - 654 MB, Free - 294 MB
OS: Microsoft Windows XP  Workstation 5.1  (Build 2600)

Internet Explorer: 6.0.2600.0000
ComCtl32.dll: 6.00.2600.0000
Shlwapi.dll: 6.00.2600.0000
Shell32.dll: 6.00.2600.0000
wnaspi32.dll: Internal ASPI Layer

I've been having the same problem the last few test releases. I think I could set options in the Second release... but not since then.

The message says that Media Jukebox.e.exe has gened errors and must be closed...  Error log created...

Where is the log?

If you uninstall (and let it erase registry settings) and then reinstall, it should work.

There's some setting that's tripping things up and we just haven't found it yet.  If you find any clues, please let us know.

Just wanted to check.  If I uninstall and remove the reg settings presumably that will remove my registration info.  What do I need to do to get that back in without having to use one of my restores?? (I wanna save those for when I really need them, like every six months when windows keels over!!)

The license won't get uninstalled, so you'll be fine.
