Title: MP3 Encoder doesn't download

I've recently upgraded from 7.xx to 8.0.393.  My old Media Jukebox Plus came with an MP3 encoder so I could convert the format, and I could specify the bitrate.  My new Media Jukebox keeps telling me I don't have an MP3 Encoder installed, and asks if I want to download one.  I keep clicking "Yes," but no downloading happens.  What can I do?
