Title: Do you pad ID3V2.x Tags ?

I was just curious if you PAD (extra 0000s) to ID3 V.2.x tags ?? I've found, using other programs, that PADing dramatically speeds up the tagging process (on subsequent writes) as you dont have to rewrite the entire file to add tag information !!!
