Title: CTRL-F "Find Music" finds everything
Post by: drosoph on September 29, 2002, 03:44:12 pm
The CTRL-F "Find Music" command take me to the Media Library which contains not only music, but videos and graphics as well ...

I want people to be able to search my MUSIC collection without having to stumble over my pics & vids or my vacations :) ...

Can you put a SEARCH BAR on the top of the AUDIO, VIDEOS, & IMAGES sub-sections .. so that we could only search that section ?

Personally, "I" know how to state mediatype=audio, but the other users of my PC dont know all these complexities .. and it is typical for someone to select the JPG COVER file for an audio track rather than the audio track itself ...

Just make a right-click option on the window to turn ON/OFF the search window :D

Would using this button solve your problem dude?

You could set it to audio only, and unless your guests know to toggle it, they'd never be the wiser of your videos.

The search bar will probabably be visible everywhere in a future build.  Thanks.
