I don't have a TV card and this repros every time.
Choose TV Tuner from the explorer
Click the "watch" button
Get the "..Scan channels.." dialog, choose "YES"
Then get the "...can't play TV..." dialog, choose OK
Then MS wants me to send them some info (crash)
