Title: Liquid Audio Tracks
Post by: jimp on December 30, 2002, 11:20:33 am
When I play Liquid Audio tracks (.lqt) a picture of the album cover is opened in a new Internet Explorer window.   It opens a new window for each track that is played.  The album cover is coming from a disk file rather than the internet, in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Liquid Audio\Liquid Plugins\Templates\Real\LiquidDefault.htm

It also opens the windows when tracks are imported using "File, Library, Import Media".

Is there any way to stop this?    ?

I understand that Media Player uses the Real Player "engine" to play Liquid Audio tracks.  Real Player displays the album covers in the player, not in an IE window.  I also understand that a Winamp 2 plugin can be used to play L.A. tracks.  Would this eliminate the problem?  If so, how do I install the Winamp 2 plugin?
