I have downloaded latest version of Jukebox 8.0 (27/12/02)
and have purchased a license but when i try to install the licence it comes up with "error in restoring license" i tried uninstalling jukebox inc a search of registry and still it will not restore.
I now have a paid for licence but a demo copy of the program, what can i do?

I have looked at the faqs i have trawled the web site i have now downloaded twice and have tried clicking on the licence icon that i got, i have even tried my dads licence for his jukebox they give the same answer, " error installing jukebox license: Ok"
I am at a complete loss in pocket and in program!

When did you buy it?
If longer than two weeks ago, you need to use your registration code and go to the restore page.
If recent, do you have admin privileges in Windows? If not, you may not be able to write the registry.

The licence was purchased today not more than a couple of hours ago, my dad has just reloaded my computer it is a single user computer no restrictions. all files etc are accesible still no joy! Cannot understand why this is happening we are pulling hair out! :-[

In answer to your reply regarding my licence not installing
The licence was purchased today (27/12/02) not more than a couple of hours ago, my dad has just reloaded my computer it is a single user computer no restrictions. all files etc are accesible still no joy! Cannot understand why this is happening we are pulling hair out!
I am positive there is a fault with the licence, is it possible to recieve a different licence, this one does not work, my Dad has spent 2 days (15 hours) reloading and uninstalling to try to get this program to work, please stop telling me to go to this part of the web site and then that part of web site. The Licence will not work, I have paid for a licence I either want a refund or a working program, if i have to i will go to the credit card provider and have them take action for selling non working items.

The problem sounds like an inability to write to the registry. Are you logged in as a user? Do you have admin privileges on that account?
Please go to MJ Help, copy your system info, and paste it here.

When you go to the web page, right click on the link and choose "save as" and pick a file name. Then double click on that file. If that doesn't work, please post the EXACT text of the the error message.
