Title: MP3 Encoder Download Problems

I keep haveing problems downloading the MP3 plugin at

http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/downloads/plugins.pl?type=7

The error message says..

Failed to install package.
More INfo: Failed to register object. Error 1157
d:.....\enc_mp3.dll

1. Make Sure You Using The Latest Version Of MJ8 Or MC9

2. Make Sure Your Using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

3. Go To IE, Tools, Internet Options, Temp Internet Files Ckick On The "Delete" Button.

Try Again.
