Hi guys - any chance the WMA plugin and WMP support will include support for Series 9 any time soon?

Microsoft needs to release the SDK First

Thanks for the update. The implication from some newsgroup threads I found the other day was that an SDK had been around since September, but I guess I was barking up a wrong tree.
Take care,

Yes, the SDK has been released for some time. September 2002 is just the most recent release. Of course, like the Series 9 player, it's still beta.

Here is the link.
Still Beta As JHC Said

The latest responce from J River (About a month Ago) was that they were waiting for Microsoft to release the SDK. since it has been released they maybe working on it.

And I just read on the newsgroup that the official launch date is January 7.
While I'd be asking too much, perhaps, to have the ability to encode as WMA Pro by the 8th :) I think lots of people would like to take advantage of WMP9's playback engine sooner than later. It does a much better job of handling aspect ratios of standard media types, not to mention support for the new video/audio formats.
