Title: Can't record in Monkey Audio

I downloaded the Monkey plugin, but there is no option to record in monkey.  What do I need to do?

It is called both Monkey's Audio and APE.

Make sure you have downloaded the encoder.  It is different from the input plug-in.

I got the plugin through the Media Jukebox link: Rip CD > Options > Encoding > Link To Encoders Plugin Page.

But all that is listed under "Encoder Type And Quality" is:
Ogg
Win Media
External
Uncompressed Wave

I've even rebooted and it's still not listed. No Monkey, no Ape, not even a banana :-)
