Title: Why can't I install one of my encoder plugins?

I'd like to use the mp3Pro encoder (that I have purchased the license for, don't worry) that I use in Nero in my Media Jukebox. Why then when I go through the 'Add Plugin' routine, it ends in either: -nothing or
                                                                 -a message letting me know that only input and DSP plugins can be added?? ?
