Title: Board for skin development questions?

I'm not sure if this is the board ...

I have a question concerning the loading of the state.xml in mini-me skins.

Using the "amped2". "SonixMedia", and "fluxion" skins, the state doesn't appear to load properly occasionally. As the fluxion skin was developed by JRiver, I suspect there is a bug in the skinning engine that occasionally doesn't load the elements properly.

Is there a workaround? Doof mentioned his Windows XP skin was programmed a bit differently (and indeed, it does not seem to have the unloaded state problem), but I can't seem to determine exactly what element is circumventing the error. I've tried implementing his OnInitialize function into a skin I'm working on, but still have the unloaded state issue.

Any help would be appreciated ... and sorry if this is the wrong board, the SDK references the "develop" board, which doesn't appear to exist.
