Title: Please help a Beginner

Hi, i assume since you are reading this you are willing to get a very enthusiastic beginner stared on his first skin!  Unfortunately, i don't even know where to begin... is there a skin editor i need?  and if so where do i get it? Do i need to know advanced VB? or is a little knowledge enough?  Basically, i need to know what it takes to get started.  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

oh, so im supposed to use the coding examples to help... what language/program do i need to use?  and what is the Metamorphis skinning engine?
