Title: "number plays" not increasing

When a track is played from the tivo, the number of plays on the server is not incremented.  Is that by design?  Is there a way to change it?

It isn't possible right now.  Media Server is read only.  Maybe sometime in the future.

Is this functionality is planned for any future releases?  I use Media Center and Media Server exclusively for streaming to my Tivo.  

I would be happy even if this was not a “real time” process.  Nightly updates to the MC library or updates when MS restarts would be acceptable.  

I know that MS tracks what is played on the Tivo (File -> Statistics).  It is frustrating that this information can not be used.

I'd still love to see this added!  I play most of the music via Tivo, not my PC, so number of plays  doesn't mean much as it now stands.

I concur, I would very much like to have this added in the future.
