Title: plugins for a computer not hooked to the internet

I want to purchase 8.0 or 9.0 but I want to know how to install it on a computer that is not connected to the internet ?  I also want to know how to install plugins like mp3 encoders. I have installed the trial version on my computer that is connected and I have installed some of the plugins, but I don't see a file that I can save to disk to take to my other computer.
