I have version 7 &  "time has expired"  & I am unable to rip any cds. I want to upgrade so I can continue adding music.  Will version 8 work with the version7? (Website says 7 is no longer available) I don't want to have to reload all of my current music.  I bought this computer with the program already on it & is is not hooked up to the internet. Please help.  Thanks!!!!!!  elliot1

if you install MJ8 it will convert the database from MJ7 to MJ8 format.

you may need to download some plug-ins
