Title: A common YADB failure mode (dueling popups)

This happened to me a lot in 9.0, so I was hoping it would have been fixed by 9.1, but I still get it...

Sometimes MC gets into this mode where when I insert a new CD and click on it in "CD, DVD, & Handhelds", it pops up one window saying "Gathering information & updating view" and another saying "Accessing disk YADB information", and the 2 windows alternate being on top every second or so, until finally they both go away, at which point there is *nothing* in the view window, nor is there any error message indicating failure.

If I click on "Update from CD database", it goes thru the same dueling-window dance again.  So I quit MC and restart it, and it fetches the disk info just fine.

Is this a known bug?  Is it avoidable?

I've had the same problem.  For me it happened when putting the second disc in a two disc set in... directly following the first disc.

I had this problem several more times today.
