Is there a way to install plugins on a computer that is not hooked to the internet? I have installed 8.0 but I need to install some encodeing plugins. When I download them on my computer that is hooked to the internet they automaticly install and I can't find a file to take to my other computer. Any suggestions???

i could not find it but this is how you do it.
The Mj9 MP3 Plug-In Link Is
http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/downloads/hit.pl?SKIN=476&download=plugin&version=8&url=http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/mj_data/plugins/enc_mp3.mjp (http://www.musicex.com/cgi-bin/downloads/hit.pl?SKIN=476&download=plugin&version=8&url=http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/mj_data/plugins/enc_mp3.mjp)
If you right click on this it will download and save this file to your hard drive (Save Target As)
=======================================================
if you open it up in MS Word you will see that the location of the encoder is
http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/mj_data/plugins/enc_mp3.zip
put this link into your browser and save it to your hard drive (Like C:\MCPLUGINS\)
===================Below================================
[Package]
Name=MP3 Encoder
Action=UNZIPDIR
Version=2.0.51
URL=http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/mj_data/plugins/enc_mp3.zip
[Action]
File1=*.*
File1Action1=COPY_PLUGINDIR
File2=enc_mp3.dll
File2Action1=REGISTER
=================== Above ==============================
Change The enc_mp3.mjp On Your Hard Drive To
========================================================
[Package]
Name=MP3 Encoder
Action=UNZIPDIR
Version=2.0.51
URL=C:\MCPLUGINS\enc_mp3.zip
[Action]
File1=*.*
File1Action1=COPY_PLUGINDIR
File2=enc_mp3.dll
File2Action1=REGISTER

now if you click on this enc_mp3.mjp file it will read the downloaded plugin from the local drive and install it.

In the FAQ, there is a section on plug-in download problems. It tells you how to do what you want, I think.
