When I try to convert .wna to mp3 ... I recieve a general error on my Windows XP.
PS: I only receive this error when i try to convert more than 1 music.
If I convert only 1 music, works fine.
Ps: When I used Windows 2000 , i didnt have this problem.
Anyone have the same problem ?
Thanks
Nelson Gomes

the first question to ask to help with your problem is the boss a man or woman?
got pictures?

as a side note
what version of windows media player do you have installed? is it current? if not maybe that would help (however there have been problems with the windows media player 9 and mj8).
what version of MJ8? there was some problems with windows media due to the newest version and beta versions and interfacing with MJ8. note that MJ8 was programed prior to the newest versions of windows media player.
i do know that MC9 does work better with windows media files than MJ8 did because of this reason.

well when you installed windows media player 9 it asks you would you like to create a backup if you wish to uninstall it. if you selected "yes" then uninstall Media Player 9 and it should revert back to the older version.
if not no, no help
it is not good to convert from windows media format to MP3 anyway since you lose quality in the play back anyway it is always better to re-rip from cd.
