I've been totally hooked on buiding ratings to build smartlists for my iPod, I haven;t had time to play with playcount & lastplayed until tonite.
I notice that I have a bunch of music with 3.7years as the last played date. How can I reset this value? ?
Advice?

oh, you mean besides playing them?? ;D

I thought I answererd it...I guess I was just being crazy again.
Select the files you want, goto into tag info (Alt + Enter). Right click in the action window, goto 'fields to show', 'File info'.
You will see 'last played' in there and just hit the clear button. You can do the same with 'number plays' too. You need to click the area 'last played' for the 'clear' to show.

Thanks dragyn, I should'a known I needed to mouse-over to see the "clear" option button. ;D

Also, (i think someone's mentioned this in the iPod thread) make sure that the date and time is set correctly on yer 'pod. :D

Good point, Kurt!
I had set the clock when I first bought the iPod, but noticed in last week or so the clock/date were reset. This was probably the source of the bogus last play date!!
Clock is properly set.
Thanks!
