Title: Recorder dialog options should default to Recorder

In 276, you addressed this item I mentioned recently:

Thanks for the quick fix.  Here's a similar one: if you click Options in the the Recorder dialog, the "Encoding for" item is set to the first thing in the menu, "CD Ripping".  Clearly, it should be set to "Sound Recorder", and perhaps even locked on that.  (I noticed the Convert Format dialog already gets it right: the Options dialog's Encoding menu is set on File Conversion without the ability to change it.)
