Title: License question about upgrade policy

I couldn't find anything in the license FAQ that answers my question, so here goes:

What is the policy concerning future upgrades if a license for MC 9.1 is purchased?

For example, will upgrades be covered indefinitely, or up to MC 10, or up to MC 9.2 ?

Historically they gave you the next major version for free.
However this can be changed at any time, and there is nothing in stone about this.

The people that had a version 8 lic are now using version 9
