Title: ERROR! The DVD cannot be accessed.

I get this error message when I try to play DVDs. Am i missing something?

The entire error Message reads:
The DVD cannot be accessed.
Either your system is missing some components for playing DVD Video, Or another application is currently using those components.


What am I missing?  Does MC require an outside DVD Decoder? If so what should I use.

Did you try installing the software that came with your DVD player?

Unfortunatley I got the DVD-rom second hand and don't have the original software. And I can't find it on the internet.
