Title: Add to Playing Now (End)

I could have sworn that one of the Send To... option used to be the end of the playing now list.  It does not seem to be there anymore.

Is there any way to add it myself, or have it added back in in an ensuing build?

You just want a basic 'Add to playing now'.  You can get that from the first level of the context (right click) menu in the library.  You can also set it up to do this as default when you double click an item - Tools> Options> General.
