Title: How to extract cover art from MP3?
Post by: sapnho on October 26, 2003, 08:46:21 am
I would like to extract existing cover art in my MP3s and save it into a jpg file. I know how to copy it to the clipboard but I don't know how to go from there to a jpg file.

Is there a direct way to extract the cover art into a jpg? ?

You could paste it into an image editor.

I Think you need to turn off the option to save the image in the file then update the file.

this will extract all the images to a Jpg

Is there a programatic way to extract the image?  Is it possible as part of the SDK?  I've been trying to search for details on how the images are stored in the file - but I've come up dry.
