Title: Registration error

Hey,

I would really appreciate some information on an error message I got when I tried to re-enter my registration code. :)  I received my code from the company via email, but when I enter it in to re-activate my license it says "license can not be found". ?  I have not gone over my 10 re-activation limits this year.  Trying to get a message to some kind of customer service department has brought me here.  Do they even have a customer service department?  Or are we on our own? :-[  If anyone out there has any suggestions for me, I would really appreciate it! :-*  Thanks    calcrnflakegirl

Are you using Internet Explorer to make the restore?

 :)  Hey thank you all so much for answering my questions!  I really appreciate the suggestions.  I haven't been on line for a few days so I just got them now.  I will try all your suggestions and let you know if they work!!!  :D  I hope you all have a really great Halloween!  And I will keep in touch with this forum it is very informative, I didn't even know they had places for us to go for help from other computer enthusiast.  As you can tell I'm a newcomer or as you guys call me a tenderfoot!  That is very true, but I have learned a lot over the past year I finally got into my computer that has been sitting around collecting dust for so long.  We only had dial up in my area at the time and I had absolutely no patients for that, but now that I have cable it has changed my life!  Thanks a million again! :-*
