Title: Plug In for SonyNET MD Walkman MZ-NE410

I am trying to transfer MP3 and WMA files to my Sony NET MD Walkman Mini-disc handheld.  Any thoughts as to what plug-in, if any, will work?  Media Center can't seem to locate the unit on my computer.
