Title: Purased MC9 not upgraded

I thought I'd understood how I was to upgrad my MJ 8.0 - and I know I'd attached my licience to MJ 8 - but it see that I was charged a new user price for MC 9. What can I do? I DO still ahve my MJ 8 registration number if this will be helpful.

Suggestions?

When did you purchase 8? I know the upgrade was only for users that purchased between x and x.

It sounds like you may have been using MJ8 with a 7.x license.  There is no upgrade price from 7.x.
