Title: cd player not recognized

I'm really strugging with mc9 it won't recognize my dell cd player & I have tried all the downloads & disabling driver & disabling norton  what else? :(

It may help if you go into MC9,
click on "help",
click on system info

This will copy your sys info and MC setup parameters to your clipboard.
Then you can paste it into the forum here so that others will have something more to go by when attempting to offer assistance.
