Title: Please Help

I know there have been numerous topics about this, but I am still having problems...

- on 8/10/02 I purchased V.8
- It has worked great for a full year untill 3 days ago, when I only had the trial version
- I downloaded 8.0.399 and typed in my reg key (can't believe I still had it)
- I get a message saying Error-failed opening license file
- I tried several times and each time I got an email saying it has been restored, but it hasn't :(

there was a problem with the service yesterday, per gateleys message.

also make sure your using MSIE

try this

In MSIE

Click On Tools, Internet Options

General Tab

in the find the Button Internet Temp Files

"Delete Files"

sometimes when the temp folder is full this the register MJ8 will not work.

I take it that worked.

You need to ask Gateley Or JimH About the restores
