Title: Can Not Register the Product! Help Please

Hi, I am trying to restore my mjr file but just get;

Error restoring Media Center licence:
Failed extracting licence from file.

I have un-installed and re-installed, tried from the Internet, all no joy.

Any advise?

Make sure you have a current version of MC.

Use IE.  Restore if necessary.  Details are here:

If you're using a non-IE web browser, the next build of MC (9.1.298 or greater) should fix this for you. Please let us know if it doesn't remedy the problem.
