Title: Transfer tags (rating in particular) from one computer to another

I listen to alot of music at one computer that is not on my home network. Does anyone know of a way I can export the ratings from the songs on the one computer so that I can import them into my other computer? It would make rating my library go quicker (which has been made much, much easier with Media Center and the Playing Now plugin).
