Title: Media Jukebox 8.0 problem

I have been running 8.0 for approx 4 months with absolutely no problem....then I "upgraded" my P.C. to W2K and replaced my sound card (SBLive 5.1).  Now every time I attempt to start MJ, it max's out my CPU.  I have uninstalled MJ and my soundcard drivers and nothing seems to help.  Any Suggestions?

Do you have...

W2k SP3 installed?
Latest DirectX?
Latest ASPI?
Latest soundcard drivers (from 'Net)?

Update all of these then install MJ V8 B393 (have it uninstalled til then)
