Title: Image Tagging

Just starting playing with 9.1 for images and I'm stumped.  The View Scheme "People/Places/Events" is perfect however I am unable to create tag info for these items.  I go into Tagging Mode and there are no check boxes nor an option to create a new people/place or event.

Bug or am I doing something wrong?

Once it tagging mode, instructions should show up.  Make sure the panes are visible. (click on the root of "People/Places/Events")

FYI,  On re-install it worked.  No idea why this was a problem before.  Thanks.
