Title: "TV & Radio",  "Police Scanners"don't work,why?

In all versions of Media Jukebox, under "TV & Radio",  why is it that the "Police Scanners" don't work? I've tried them all and none of 'em work.
  I always get the same error that says:
"Cannot open, please verify that the path and filename are correct and try again. More info: None"

If anyone knows what could possibly be wrong, and/or how to make it work correctly, please let me know.

Where do you see "Police Scanners"?  I don't see it.

Open up Media Jukebox, then under the categories listed on the left side, listed about the third one from the bottom on the list of categories is "TV & Radio", click on the "+" to open that category, then listed alphabetically below, go down to "Police Scanners", and there it is. There are several others that don't work either. Really would like to know what I can do to fix it so it does work.

You must be running v7 (or earlier). V8 (B393) has Web Media (no Police Scanners, though). Remember that the RIAA raised the broadcast rates (for music, that is) which effectively killed off many Internet broadcasters.
